Dr. Mariya Shnaydman graduated from Brandeis University with a degree in biophysics before attending the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine to obtain her D.M.D.
After 7 years as a general dentist in the Boston area, Dr. Shnaydman returned to UConn to specialize in endodontics, receiving a Masters of Dental Science as well. As well as working in private practice, Dr. Shnaydman is an assistant clinical professor in endodontics at Tufts University Dental School and recently lectured at Yankee Dental Congress on the topic of non-odontogenic pain.
She is a Member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, American Dental Association and American Association of Endodontists. When not performing endodontic treatment, Dr. Shnaydman enjoys opera, salsa dancing and spending time with her two young children and husband.
